Ascending to the upper level, you’ll find another inviting bedroom with similar amenities, along with access to a private balcony where you can unwind and enjoy panoramic views of the azure waters. The lower level houses a unique bedroom with a single bed, ceiling fans, A/C, and a private bathroom, offering a cozy and comfortable space for relaxation. Additionally, a separate guest house awaits on the upper level, complete with its own private entrance, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor seating area under a pergola, providing a secluded sanctuary for guests.

Venture outside to the charming outdoor area, where a shared pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, surrounded by loungers and outdoor lounge areas ideal for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Villa Vellum also offers a shared parking space, ensuring convenience for guests arriving by car.
