This villa features traditional Cycladic architecture with modern-minimal co-conveniences and to-build elements.
The entrance meets a private swimming pool and a large pool area. On the ground floor, you will find a modern open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as an independent guest bathroom.
On the upper level, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom, and the master bedroom with a private veranda. The villa has access to a private beach.
